The phone will go to voicemail if I am in a session or unable to answer at that time. I do not frequently check the voicemail. If you are looking to have a phone conversation please send me an email to set a time.

If you are experiencing a crisis and need immediate assistance, please call the BC Crisis Line at 1-800-784-2433. It is open 24 hours, 7 days per week or 911.

If you are a youth in crisis, the Kids Help Phone at 1-800-668-6868 is available to take your call or you can text at 686868.

Getting Here and Away

Transit – The office is located six blocks from the Canada line Broadway-City Hall skytrain station. Alternatively, the 99 B-line bus runs along Broadway stopping two blocks away at Willow Street.

Car – There are two paid parking lots just off Broadway as well as paid street parking on Spruce Street. There is also free parking in the residential neighborhood to the North of Broadway. One block East on Oak Street there is a level 2 car charging station (988 W Broadway).

Bike – There are bike racks for locking in front of the building along Broadway as well as a Mobi bike share station two blocks away at Oak and 10th. 10th Avenue is a designated bike street and connects to Vancouver’s biking network.

Accessibility Information

  • To enter the building from street level there is a series of steps leading to a non-automatic door
  • After entry there is another set of stairs leading to a partially above ground basement, with a landing midway down
  • There are gendered washrooms on this floor as well as an open waiting space
  • The waiting space is shared with others in the building
  • The building tends to be quiet with minimal foot traffic

Getting Here and Away

Transit – The office is located eight blocks from the Canada line Broadway-City Hall skytrain station. Alternatively, there is a bus stop one block north on Main Street that connects to the Expo line’s Main St.-Science World station.

Car – There is paid parking on Main Street as well as on 10th Avenue. There is also free parking in the residential neighborhood to the West of Main Street. Two blocks North on Main Street there is a level 2 car charging station at the community centre.

  • Once inside, there is a series of steps leading to the main reception
  • To the right side after entering the building there is an electric lift
  • The centre has a sensory room just off the main area
  • The main open area is often active and busy after 3pm
  • There are 3 universal washrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible
  • The space is scent aware. Families are asked to be aware of the scents (ie. perfume, cologne, etc.) that they may be bringing in with them. There may be others in the space or coming after who are allergic and could experience physical reactions.
  • To get to my office you would pass near a kitchen where nuts products may be used.
